Based in Flagstaff, Eric works closely with medical practices and nonprofits, helping them move from financial uncertainty to confident, strategic growth.
Brigette brings over 15 years of accounting expertise to the Onward team, with a proven track record managing full-cycle accounting for clients across diverse industries. A Certified Public Accountant and Certified Global Business Services Professional, she combines sharp analytical skills with a process-improvement mindset that keeps client financials accurate, efficient, and audit-ready.
Outside of work, Bigs enjoys badminton, running, and recently completed her first 29K race. She also values time with her husband Jerick, their daughter Amira, and her nearby extended family.
Bea brings 8+ years of progressive accounting experience to Onward, with deep expertise in full-cycle bookkeeping, financial reporting, and month-end close for US-based clients. Skilled in QuickBooks and a wide range of financial platforms, she ensures every client’s books are clean, compliant, and decision-ready.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband Justin and their family’s beloved dog.
